DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made
in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2014.
The distribution of 19.43502 cents per DivTrax Security will be comprised
as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 17.28610 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 2.59292 cents
Resultant net dividend 14.69318 cents
Dividend (local)( subject to STC credits of 15%
i.e. exempt from tax) 0.01580 cents
STC Credits 0.01580 cents
Net Dividend (local) 0.01580 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 1.09026 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 0.16354 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.92672 cents
Interest 1.04286 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were
recorded in the register on 26 September 2014 and will be paid on 13
October 2014.
