NO CHANGE STATMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that Peregrine’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2014, was dispatched today, 29 August 2014 and contains no
changes to the reviewed preliminary results which were announced on SENS on Wednesday, 11 June 2014.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be held at 6A Sandown
Valley Crescent, Sandown, Sandton, at 10h00 on Tuesday, 7 October 2014.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Thursday, 18 September 2014 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 26 September 2014.
