TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of
certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ
by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, a review by management of the financial results for the year ended 30 June
2014, has indicated that earnings per share and headline earnings per share are likely to
be between 20% and 25% higher than those for the previous corresponding period.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed
and reported on by Comair's external auditors.

The results for the year ended 30 June 2014 are expected to be released on or about
9 September 2014.
