DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Foord
Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Foord Asset Management”) has
notified Hudaco that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary
shares of the company on behalf of its clients, such that the total
beneficial interest in Hudaco securities held by Foord Asset Management is
now 9.81% of the total issued Hudaco securities.
