Intu Properties plc (the “Company”) has been notified that Susan Marsden, Company Secretary and
a PDMR of the Company, has acquired a total of 7,066 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company
at a price of 281.44 pence per share. Susan Marsden’s beneficial holding following this acquisition is
15,509 ordinary shares of 50p each (0.005% of the total issued share capital of the Company).
