RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Consolidated Infrastructure held on Wednesday,
2 April 2014 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the company’s integrated annual
report issued on Friday, 28 February 2014), all of the resolutions tabled thereat were duly passed by the
requisite majority of Consolidated Infrastructure shareholders.
