The Company announces that awards of £3,000 of free shares were made under the
SIP (an Inland Revenue approved all-employee share plan) on 17 March 2014:

The following executive directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility
(“PDMR”) of the Company were allocated the undernoted ordinary shares in the
Company of US$0.54945 each ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the
SIP at no cost:
