FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT

Further to the Trading Statement released on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 4 February 2014,
shareholders are advised that Metrofile’s headline earnings
per share (“HEPS”) for the period ended 31 December 2013 is
expected to be 20% higher than the previous corresponding
reporting period i.e. 14,4 cents per share.

Metrofile’s earnings per shares (“EPS”) have been impacted by
the insurance claim i.r.o the Kwa-Zulu Natal fire, which
occurred in October 2013. The claim is in the final stages and
the quantum is yet to be finalised. As a result the range for
the EPS is broader and is expected to be between 39% and 49%
higher than the previous corresponding period i.e. between
16,8 and 18,0 cents per share.

The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by
Metrofile’s auditors and the results for the six months ended
31 December 2013 are expected to be published on or about
Wednesday, 26 February 2014.
