DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Bosjacob (Proprietary) Limited
(“Bosjacob”) purchased the following Octodec linked units on 30 January 2014:


 -         1 888 668 Octodec linked units at a price of R18.50 per linked unit on the open market, with a
           total value of R34 940 358.


Non-Executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect
beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of Bosjacob respectively.


Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
