DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a
distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended 31
December 2013.

This distribution of 13.82882 cents per PropTrax TEN security
is not subject to dividends withholding tax and comprises:
   •  13.82882 cents in respect of interest.

The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN
securities who were recorded in the register on 27 December
2013 and will be paid on Friday, 17 January 2014.
