NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Clicks Group integrated annual report for the year ended 31 August 2013, which
incorporates a summary of the audited annual financial statements for the period,
was mailed to shareholders today, 21 November 2013.
The integrated annual report and the audited annual financial statements are
available on the Clicks Group website at www.clicksgroup.co.za.
The integrated annual report and audited annual financial statements contain no
changes from the reviewed preliminary group results published on SENS on 24
October 2013. The annual financial statements were audited by the group’s auditors,
Ernst & Young Inc. Their unqualified report is incorporated in the audited annual
financial statements and is also available for inspection at the group’s registered
office.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at
the registered office of the Clicks Group, corner Searle and Pontac Streets, Cape
Town on Thursday, 30 January 2014 at 09:30 to transact the business as stated in
the notice of annual general meeting which is incorporated in the integrated annual
report. The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled
to participate in and vote at this AGM is 17 January 2014. The last date to trade in
order to be eligible to vote is 10 January 2014.
