TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act
Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Hyprop has received notification from Coronation Asset
Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) of the acquisition by Coronation (on behalf of its clients)
of Hyprop combined units, such that Coronation’s total beneficial interest (on behalf of its clients) is now
7.88% of Hyprop’s issued combined units.
