RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)


Shareholders are advised that at the AGM of Afdawn held today,
15 October 2013, ordinary resolutions number 5 and number 9
were withdrawn prior to the meeting due to the resignation of
Ms Luhabe.


All of the remaining ordinary resolutions and special
resolutions proposed at the AGM were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders.


The special resolutions, where appropriate, will be filed with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
