NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders   are   advised  that   City  Lodge,   today,
10 October 2013, dispatched its integrated report for the
year ended 30 June 2013 to shareholders, incorporating the
audited annual financial statements and notice of annual
general meeting.   The annual financial statements CONTAIN
NO MODIFICATIONS to the reviewed statements published on
SENS on 14 August 2013 and therefore no abridged report
will be published.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
City Lodge shareholders will be held at The Lodge,
Bryanston Gate Office Park, Corner Homestead Avenue and
Main Road, Bryanston on Thursday, 14 November 2013 at 14h00
to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting which forms part of the annual
financial statements.

The integrated report is available       on   the   company’s
website, www.citylodge.co.za.
