DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN CLICKS GROUP

Shareholders are advised that Clicks Group has received notification from Public
Investment Corporation (SOC) Limited that it has acquired further ordinary
shares in the company and its total beneficial interest has increased from 11.85%
to 15.24% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Clicks Group has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
