GPI hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that earnings and headline earnings per share for the year ended 30 June 2013 will decrease compared to the comparable earnings and headline earnings per share for the previous corresponding period being 30 June 2012 by between 40% and 50% in respect of earnings per share and 10% and 20% in respect of headline earnings per share. Management considers adjusted headline earnings per share the most meaningful measure of performance and advises with reasonable certainty that adjusted headline earnings per share will be between 5% and 10% higher than the previous corresponding period.
