Exploration Update BAUBA PLATINUM LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1986/004649/06) Share code: BAU ISIN No: ZAE000145686 (“Bauba Platinum” or “the Company”) EXPLORATION UPDATE Bauba Platinum is pleased to provide an update regarding drilling progress on the Northern Cluster property of its platinum group metals (“PGM”) prospects on the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex in South Africa’s Limpopo province. Since last reporting, two drill rigs have been in operation, drilling boreholes BAU-041 and BAU-042. Merensky and UG2 PGM reefs have been intersected at planned depths of between 1950m and 2510m. This strengthens the Company's interpretation of regional structure in this area. In addition to mother hole intersections, four deflections per reef have been drilled on BAU-041, whilst deflection drilling is in progress on BAU-042. Narrow UG2 reef, indicating potholing, was intersected in BAU- 041. All other intersections indicate undisturbed reef. Assay results indicate 3PGE+Au grades and channel widths: Borehole Reef Grade Channel width BAU-041 Merensky 3.66g/t 1.22m UG2 0.55g/t 1.18m BAU-042 Merensky 5.04g/t 1.19m UG2 7.09g/t 1.19m Syd Caddy, Chief Executive Officer of Bauba Platinum, commented “The latest drilling results shown in BAU-042 are encouraging in that they are very much in line with those of the first hole, BAU-040 drilled in the Northern Cluster. The lower than expected results shown in BAU-041 suggest localised potholing, which is to be expected in this area.” Johannesburg 15 July 2013 Sponsor Merchantec Capital Date: 15/07/2013 02:01:00 Produced by the JSE SENS Department.
