APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors of Hulamin is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Simon Jennings as an independent non-executive
director of the Company, with effect from 01 July 2013.

Mr Jennings (aged 57) is the founder director and owner of Nomis
Consultancy Limited, an international consultancy to the beverage
can and packaging industries based in the Isle of Man. He
previously held executive positions in packaging group Rexam PLC
in India, Brazil, China, Korea and Europe. Mr Jennings is an
independent non-executive director of beverage can maker GZ
Industries Limited in Nigeria.
