CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings
Requirements, and further to the announcement released by
Afdawn on 10 April 2013, the board of Afdawn wishes to clarify
the following change to the Board of directors effective 10
April 2013.

Mr Tjaart Kruger CA (SA), will be stepping down as the CEO of
Afdawn and formally appointed as the group financial director.
Afdawn will not be appointing a new CEO.
