Resignation of Executive Director.

Pursuant to paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr. Adrian Lee Bock has resigned
from the Board of Trustco, effective 31 March 2013, having
completed his mandate.

The Board accepts such resignation and wishes to thank Mr. Bock
for his contribution during his tenure as an Executive Director.
