RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the special resolution approving the
adoption of the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation was passed
by the requisite majority of votes at the general meeting held
today, 18 January 2013.

The special resolution will be lodged with the       Companies   and
Intellectual Properties Commission in due course.
