DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITIONS OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71
of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, linked unitholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notifications in the prescribed form
of the following movements in securities of the Company:

  - Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Coronation") acquired
    a beneficial interest in securities in the Company, such that
    the total beneficial interest in the securities of the
    Company held by Coronation amounts to 22.50% of the total
    issued ordinary linked unit capital of the Company.

  - Cadiz Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Cadiz") acquired a
    beneficial interest in securities in the Company, such that
    the total beneficial interest in the securities of the
    Company held by Cadiz amounts to 10.05% of the total issued
    ordinary linked unit capital of the Company.
