Appointment of a new Director

The board of directors of the Fund is pleased to announce the appointment
of Mr Luigi Luca Maria Giuricich as a non-executive director of the Fund
with effect from 1 December 2012.

Mr Giuricich (51) (B Com Accounting, B Compt Hons, CA (SA)), is currently a
director of S.Giuricich Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

He began his career as Financial Director of the S.Giuricich Group of
Companies in 1990 and currently holds numerous directorships across the
Group and in associate companies.

Mr Giuricich brings to the Fund a wealth of experience in the real estate
sector derived from over 22 years of involvement in the construction,
investment and development of commercial property.
