Mr. Alan Kerr Buchanan has resigned as non-executive director of
Comair Limited with effect from 27 November 2012. Mr. Buchanan, a
director appointed by British Airways Plc, will be leaving British
Airways Plc to pursue other interests. Mr. Buchanan has been a
director since 2004.
