       information published in the provisional report dated 29 August 2012;


   -   the Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 4 December 2012 in the
       boardroom at Caxton House, 368 Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall Park, Johannesburg.
