APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. KK Combi (“Mr
Combi”) has been appointed as a non-executive director of Curro, with
immediate effect.

Mr Combi is the executive chairman of Thembeka Capital Limited. He holds a
diploma in public relations and was awarded the Ernst & Young South
African Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2000, as well as the World
Entrepreneur of the Year in Managing Change award in 2001. Mr Combi is a
member of the Institute of Directors and serves on various listed and
unlisted companies' boards, including PSG Group Limited and on Pioneer
Food Group Limited as Chairman.

The board of Curro welcomes the appointment of Mr Combi and looks forward
to his invaluable contributions.
