71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited
(“Coronation”) has notified Netcare that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in securities of the
company, such that the total beneficial interest of Netcare securities held by Coronation is now 9.97% of
the total issued securities of that class.
