IVT - Invicta Holdings Limited - Updated trading statement for the twelve months ended 31 March 2012 INVICTA HOLDINGS LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1966/002182/06) Share code: IVT ISIN code: ZAE000029773 ("the Company") UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2012 In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will be more than 20% different than that of the previous reporting period, even if the company does not have reasonable certainty in terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(iii)(1) or (2) to prove a specific number or percentage or range. Once a company obtains this reasonable certainty, it must provide the guidance referred to in paragraph 3.4(b)(iii)(1) or(2). In addition to the guidance that was released on SENS on 11 April 2012 shareholders are advised that the Company`s earnings per share as well as the headline earnings per share for the twelve months ended 31 March 2012 are expected to be 35% to 40% greater than those reported on for the previous corresponding period. The financial results on which this updated trading statement is based have not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors.
