NO CHANGE STATEMENT                                                             
Curro shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2011 annual report, containing
the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011,    
was dispatched to shareholders on Wednesday, 23 May 2012, and contains no       
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on Tuesday,   
28 February 2012. The annual report has also been made available at             
www.curro.co.za.                                                                
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Curro will be held at 
Webersburg, Webersburg Wines, Annandale Road, Stellenbosch on Friday, 22 June   
2012, at 10h30 to transact the business as set out in the notice of the Annual  
General Meeting which forms a part of the 2011 annual report.                   
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to
be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Friday, 15 June 2012, 
with the last day to trade being Friday, 08 June 2012.                          
RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                         
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE    
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Mary Vilakazi ("Mary") has     
resigned as non-executive director of Curro, with effect from 23 May 2012.      
The board wishes to thank Mary for her valued contributions during her tenure as
a director of Curro and wish her well in her future endeavours.
