MIX - Mix Telematics Limited - Trading statement Mix Telematics Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1995/013858/06) JSE Code: MIX ISIN: ZAE000125316 ("Mix") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that, for the full year ended 31 March 2012, Mix anticipates earnings per share to be between 40% and 45% higher than the previous corresponding period, headline earnings per share to be between 37% and 42% higher than the previous corresponding period and adjusted headline earnings per share to be between 30% and 35% higher than the previous corresponding period. The financial information on which this trading statement has been prepared has not been reviewed or reported on by Mix`s auditors.
