Linked unitholders are advised that, at the AGM of Octodec held at the          
registered office of the Company on Friday, 3 February 2012, all the resolutions
were passed by the requisite majority of linked unitholders present and         
represented by proxy, except ordinary resolution number 5 relating to the       
authority to issue shares for cash which was withdrawn prior to the AGM.
