MFL - Metrofile Holdings Limited - Trading Statement Metrofile Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1983/012697/06) Share code: MFL ISIN: ZAE000061727 ("Metrofile") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of rule 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the next reporting period will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding reporting period. Shareholders are advised that Metrofile`s headline earnings per share ("HEPS") and earnings per shares ("EPS") for the period ended 31 December 2011 are expected to be between 18% and 22% higher than the previous corresponding reporting period i.e. between 9,8 and 10,1 cents per share. DIVIDEND Shareholders are advised that Metrofile`s interim dividend per share ("DPS") is expected to be 50% higher than the previous corresponding interim dividend i.e. 3,0 cents per share.
