RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
At the annual general meeting of Clicks Group shareholders held on              
Tuesday, 17 January 2012, all the ordinary and special resolutions were         
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. This includes the             
resolution to pay distributions to shareholders by way of capital               
reduction out of share premium on Monday, 30 January 2012.                      
Shareholders representing 78.2% of the issued share capital in Clicks           
Group (excluding treasury shares) were present in person or by proxy at         
the meeting.
