INTRODUCTION Shareholders of Super Group are referred to the announcement and the circular to shareholders dated 28 October 2011 and various further announcements, the latest dated 6 January 2012, relating to, inter alia, an offer to shareholders holding, individually, in aggregate fewer than 100 shares (pre-consolidation) and fewer than 10 shares (post-consolidation) in the share capital of the Company at the offer price of R11.36 (the "odd-lot offer"); and an offer to shareholders holding, individually, in aggregate 100 shares or more but fewer than 1 000 shares (pre-consolidation) and 10 or more shares but less than 100 shares (post-consolidation) in the share capital of the Company at the offer price of R11.36 (the "specific offer"). 2. RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER AND THE SPECIFIC OFFER In terms of the odd-lot offer and the specific offer, which closed on Friday, 13 January 2012, shareholders holding 5 711 shares accepted the odd-lot offer and shareholders holding 5 382 shares accepted the specific offer. Shareholders holding 1 760 shares elected to retain their shareholding. Consequently, the Company repurchased 11 093 shares at R11.36.
