TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of rule 3.4 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, companies are        
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably       
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported upon next will 
differ by at least 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.          
Netcare is in the process of finalising its results for the year ended 30       
September 2011. The audited results for the year ended 30 September 2011 are    
expected to be released on SENS on or about 14 November 2011.                   
Shareholders are advised that, in respect of the year ended 30 September 2011,  
Netcare`s earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS")   
are expected to be between 21% and 26% higher than EPS and HEPS for the previous
year.                                                                           
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by Netcare`s         
auditors.
