SUI - Sun International Limited - Resignation of chief executive Sun International Limited (Registration number: 1967/007528/06) Share code: SUI ISIN: ZAE000097580 ("the company") RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE Sun International and David Coutts-Trotter (the Company`s Chief Executive) wish to advise that David Coutts-Trotter has decided to resign from the employment of Sun International. For personal reasons David has requested to be released from the company with immediate effect. Current Gaming Operations Director, Garth Collins, an experienced executive who has been with the Group for over 40 years will act as Chief Executive until such time as the process of appointing a new Chief Executive is completed. He has extensive experience in both gaming and leisure and is well placed to run the company during this process. Under David`s leadership since 2006, Sun International has expanded its interests to both West Africa and South America. He has also overseen licence reapplications for various Group properties, as well as major refurbishments, notably Boardwalk in Port Elizabeth, currently undergoing a R1-billion expansion and the Wild Coast Sun, nearing the completion of a R400-million upgrade. He has made a significant contribution to the company and we wish him everything of the best.
