MFL - Metrofile Holdings Limited - Trading Statement Metrofile Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1983/012697/06) Share code: MFL ISIN: ZAE000061727 ("Metrofile Holdings") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of rule 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the next reporting period will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding reporting period. Shareholders are advised that headline earnings per share ("HEPS") and earnings per shares ("EPS") for the year ending 30 June 2011 are expected to be between 33% and 39% higher than the previous corresponding reporting period i.e. between 17,4 and 18,2 cents per share. Normalised HEPS for the year ending 30 June 2011 are expected to be between 19% and 25% higher than the previous corresponding reporting period i.e. between 17,4 and 18,2 cents per share. Normalised HEPS are calculated by excluding the impact of non-recurring costs and fair value adjustments relating to interest rate swaps which do not comply with hedge accounting requirements. DIVIDEND The Board intends to recommend a final dividend of 2,5 cents per share making a total of 4,5 cents for the full year.
