As part of Mr Murray`s service contract as CEO, he is entitled to and has       
accepted to receive shares in TFG to the value of R20 million.  These shares    
will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date, on condition that he      
remains in the employ of the group.  In compliance with the requirements of     
paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following should
