RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
The board of directors advise that, at the Annual General Meeting of Afrox      
shareholders held at the registered offices of the company today, all the       
ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General     
Meeting were duly passed by the requisite majority votes except for ordinary    
resolution number 7.                                                            
The special resolutions will be submitted for filing, as applicable, at the     
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
