Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement relating to the        
Proposed Broad-Based Economic Empowerment Ownership transaction (dated 30 March 
2010, 29 April 2010 and 10 June 2010) and are advised that the full impact of   
the above-mentioned transaction, which may have a material effect on the price  
of the company`s securities, is still being determined.                         
Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when       
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
