was notified on 21 June 2010 that Ian Hawksworth, the Company`s Chief Executive,
purchased 44,573 ordinary shares of 25p each at GBP1.060182 per share on 23 June
2010. Ian Hawksworth`s shareholding in the Company is now 194,912 ordinary      
shares of 25p each (0.031%).
