Subject to the completed acquisitions by Redefine Income Fund Ltd (South Africa,
constituent) of ApexHi Properties Ltd (South Africa, constituent) and Madison
Property Fund Managers (South Africa, constituent) and notification from the
Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

will remain in the index
with an increased shares in
issue figure of 2,681,628,802
and an unchanged investability

ZAE000083598, B1F5WH7) will be deleted from
the index.
Apexhi Properties `B` (South Africa,
ZAE000083606, B1F5WJ9) will be deleted from
the index.
Apexhi Properties `C` (South Africa,
ZAE000083580, B1F5MR7) will be deleted from
the index.
Capital Property Fund (South Africa,
ZAE000001731, 6176239) will be added to the
index with a shares in issue figure of
618,949,027 and an investability weighting of
100%.

Fund Managers 07 August 2009

will be deleted from the index.
Capital Property Fund will be
deleted from the index.
