2008 by Jim Sutcliffe, a director of the Company, that he had purchased a       
further 2,000 shares in the Company on that date in London at a price of        
GBP27.61 per share. Following this transaction Mr Sutcliffe has a total holding 
in the Company of 3,712 shares.
