MUR - Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited - Trading statement MURRAY & ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) Registration number 1948/029826/06 JSE Share Code: MUR ISIN Code: ZAE000073441 ("Murray & Roberts" or "the Group") TRADING STATEMENT Shareholders are referred to the trading statement published on SENS on 30 November 2007. The Group will publish its Unaudited Summarized Consolidated Results for the six months to 31 December 2007 ("Half-Year") on Wednesday 27 February 2008. Diluted headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the Half-Year is now expected to show an increase of between 50% and 60% over the 135 cents recorded in the previous comparable period. HEPS for the full year to 30 June 2008 is also expected to grow between 50% and 60% compared with full year HEPS of 325 cents for the period to 30 June 2007. Diluted earnings per share ("EPS") for the Half-Year are expected to increase between 80% and 90% over the 121 cents recorded in the previous comparable period and between 120% and 130% for the full-year to 30 June 2008 over the 235 cents recorded in the previous comparable period.
