RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR                                                         
The undermentioned announcement is published in compliance with paragraph 3.59  
of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited.                                 
The Board of Netcare wishes to announce the resignation of Dr R N Noach as an   
executive director with effect from 14 December 2007.  Dr Noach has decided to  
pursue other opportunities.                                                     
The Board wishes to express its gratitude and appreciation to Dr Noach for his  
contribution to the growth and development of Netcare.
