Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual financial statements for     
the year ended 30 June 2007 were posted today to shareholders and contain       
no modifications to the audited results, which were published on 23 August      
2007. Deloitte and Touche audited the results and the annual financial          
statements of the Company and their unqualified report is available for         
inspection at the registered offices of the Company.                            
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                          
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will      
be held at 08h30 on Wednesday, 21 November 2007, at the registered offices      
of the Company, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the         
annual general meeting.
