PSG Group hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that, for the six months ended 31 August 2007: recurring headline earnings (i.e. reportable headline earnings before marked-to-market profits, m Cubed, funding costs and secondary tax on companies) per share will be between 75 cents and 80 cents per share or between 65% to 75% higher, and headline earnings per share will be between 180 cents and 190 cents per share or between 23% to 27% lower, than that for the six months ended 31 August 2006. The attributable earnings per share figure can not be calculated with a reasonable degree of certainty at this point and an indication of what the attributable earnings per share would be is therefore not provided. This financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors of PSG Group. The results for the six months ended 31 August 2007 are expected to be published on or about 8 October 2007.
