Stock Exchange for 122,000 Ordinary shares of $1 each that have been issued     
to the Lonmin Employee Benefit Trust.  The shares will trade on the London      
Stock Exchange and be admitted to the Official List.  All shares shall rank     
equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
