With regard to the audited results for the year ended 28 February 2007,         
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been         
distributed to shareholders on 30 August 2007 and contain no modifications to   
the audited results which were published on SENS on 23 May 2007.                
Notice of the annual general meeting                                            
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary              
shareholders will be held at Glenhove Conference Centre, 52 Glenhove Road,      
Melrose Estate, off Rosebank on Friday, 21 September 2007 at 11h00 to transact  
the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of     
the annual financial statements.
