DETAILS RELATING TO THE SPECIAL DISTRIBUTIONS                                   
Emira participatory interest ("PI") holders and ex-Freestone linked unitholders 
are referred to the circular to Freestone linked unitholders dated 2 March 2007,
the circular to Emira PI holders dated 12 March 2007 and the special            
distribution announcement released on SENS on 11 April 2007.                    
Emira PI holders and ex-Freestone linked unitholders are reminded of the        
following:                                                                      
-    Emira PI holders recorded on the register on Friday, 13 April 2007 are     
eligible to receive the Emira special distribution for the period 1 January 
    2007 to 31 March 2007; and                                                  
-    ex-Freestone linked unitholders recorded on the register on Friday, 13     
    April 2007 are eligible to receive the Freestone special distribution for   
the period 1 January 2007 to 31 March 2007.                                 
Notice is hereby given that a cash distribution of 20,75 cents per Emira PI has 
been declared payable to Emira PI holders recorded on the register on Friday, 13
April 2007.                                                                     
Notice is hereby given that a cash distribution of 18,80 cents per Freestone    
linked unit has been declared payable to ex-Freestone linked unitholders        
recorded on the register on Friday, 13 April 2007.                              
The payment date for the special distributions is Monday, 11 June.
